Decree publication that regulates the definitive royalties payment for the resale of original works of art carried out by public auction, in a commercial establishment, or with the intervention of a merchant or commercial agent

50% reduction in the rate included in article 14a to 14d for:
a) collective marks or certification marks b) linked to a product intended to protect a geographical indication, c) presented by a legally constituted association or society of producers, manufacturers, traders or service providers and; d) that all of its members belong to Afro-Mexican indigenous peoples or communities.
Articles 14a to 14d contemplate the fee for: trademark application or commercial notice, for the opposition study, trademark renewal or commercial notice and the declaration of trademark use, respectively.
Included in the same cases of 50% reduction are the articles of Tariff 15a, 15b and 15c that refer to: 1. Study of a designation of origin or geographical indication or request for modification thereof; 2. Authorization to use a designation of origin or geographical indication; 3. The registration of a permit to use a designation of origin or geographical indication. When requested by collective individuals or legal entities that all of their members belong to Afro-Mexican indigenous peoples or communities.
